 Registration Fee:

Our registration fee is € 150, payable when your child’s place at Littleminds is confirmed. This is not refundable and covers the settling in visits, the 1st communication diary and application process.

Private applicants:

You can benefit from Tax Rebate. Kindly contact inland revenue and ask for the latest capping.

Days and time of childcare.
Days and time of childcare attendance are to be pre-planned and confirmed with Littleminds upon registration. Once these are established changes can only occur if childcare manager can accommodate the request.

Fees
Free childcare applicants: Fees are paid directly to us by the Government.

Paying customers: Payments are to be settled 4 weeks in advance. A detailed invoice will be sent to parents by email to inform you that fee is due. To secure your child’s place at the nursery fees are to be paid consecutively.
Nursery days are non-transferable. Money will not be refunded or package will not be extended if child misses out on a day from nursery, as your child’s spot is still allotted to your child during absence.
Littleminds will not charge customers when the childcare is closed on holidays, please refer to calendar.

In and out
Time in and out has to be pre-planned and confirmed upon registration. Children entering nursery after 9:00 disturb the harmony of the childcare. It is highly appreciated if you are punctual to your pre-planned time.

Procedure: Private clients should sign in and out their child upon arrival and departure on our attendance sheet by the door. Those benefiting from Government free childcare scheme should sign in and out using a F.O.B key supplied by us. A F.O.B. reader is installed by the main entrance. This is a devise that instantly will give us and the Free Childcare Department real time data of every child enrolled in the Free Childcare Scheme.

Please advice Littleminds if child might have a morning appointment and be will attending nursery late, we will accommodate you as best as we can.

Extra hours

Kindly note that fees will apply for extra hours. Please stick to your pre-planned time. Even though parent might have dropped child at nursery late in the morning, fees will come in effect when child is picked up later than the allocated time. If parent needs to pick up child late notify child care centre to see if we can accommodate you, charges are compulsory as we would need staff to stay longer.

Eg. If your pre-planned time is 8:00 till  3.00. Parent cannot drop off child at 9:00 and pick up child at 4:00. (child/adult ratios will not be covered)

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 16:30 pm.
Closed during weekends and public holidays please refer to childcare calendar.

Sickness:
To safe guard all the children of the nursery we require a ‘fit for school’ doctor’s certificate when child is ill.
Please notify us if your child will not be attending nursery.

Other:
Once days and time of child are established and registration fee is settled, these cannot be changed. We will only be able to change time and days subject to availability.
Littleminds holds the right to terminate the application if hours are decreased.
The rates and terms and conditions are affected from January 2021 and valid until October 2021.
