Littleminds understands and emphatises with the needs of the child and their uniqueness. A clear emphasis on their wellbeing runs through Littleminds hence that’s why we spend many weeks as needed working on the prime area of feeling secure and move on only once the child is ready.

When Littleminds first opened 8 years ago, we established an ethos of nurturing confident, caring and curious children. How do we translate this in both our centres? Our teaching team have developed a consisting approach across the two nurseries, with free flow invitations for play and regular outdoor play. Educators work in partnership with the children;  we observe and listen to the child and recognise them as capable learners.

Both our centres are registered with the ‘Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education’ and Free childcare scheme is also available.

As a staff team, we regularly review our practice, policies and procedures to ensure that they meet local and national guidelines and requirements.
